1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BuzzerIQ (buzzeriq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BuzzerIQ is a free analytics platform for BuzzerBeater (buzzerbeater.com). It retrieves data via the BuzzerBeater API (BBAPI) to provide statistics, tools, and decision-support insights. BuzzerIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by BuzzerBeater.
3. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account, or sign in with Google. When using Google Sign-In, we only access your email address (openid and email scopes). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account.
4. BBAPI Access Code
By providing your BBAPI access code, you authorize BuzzerIQ to retrieve your BuzzerBeater team data on your behalf. Your BBAPI code is encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time by removing your code from your profile.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: abuse or exploit the service, attempt to access other users' data, overload the BBAPI through the platform, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
BuzzerIQ is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Intellectual Property
Content, design, logos, and source code of buzzeriq.com are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Any third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
